The Attic Rehearsal studio

All our shows are built and rehearsed in our HomeBase rehearsal space in South West Detroit. When we are not in rehearsal, the space is available for rent. Featuring sound equipment, a smooth floor for barefoot work, a wall of mirrors, chairs, tables, and other equipment.

The Residency Apartment

Our HomeBase features a comfortable studio apartment for artists spending time in Detroit. Whether in residence or visiting to experience the rich arts scene in the city, we would love to host you, giving you a convenient place to stay just a few minutes from Corktown.

Equipment Rentals

When not in production our lighting and video equipment is available for local rental. We have a great inventory featuring coloring mixing LEDs, traditional incandescents, cable, projectors, accessories, and more.
